Shipping
Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.
Return Policy:
Returns must be made within seven days of receipt. All merchandise is covered by manufacturers warranty. Therefore all defective merchandise must be returned to manufacturer or distributor. No cash refunds will be issued, only merchandise credits. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging in unused condition. Allow 5-6 weeks for replacement through manufacturer or supplier for defective goods. Non-warrantied returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We will mail shipping instructions and a return authorization number and instructions.
The returned item must be in the original box with all paperwork. The item must
be unused and untested. We will issue a merchandise credit for the returned item. The customer
will incur the expense of all shipping charges, even if the order was sent with
freight allowed (Free shipping). No credits will be given for products that
can't be sold as new.
