Each piece of Waterless Cookware is constructed of extra heavy surgical stainless steel and guaranteed to last a lifetime. Multi-ply multi-element base construction spreads the heat quickly and evenly. Works great on all cooking surfaces including ceramic and halogen smoothtop stoves and ranges. The temperature control valves make "waterless" cooking both easier and healthier because it eliminates the need for grease or oil in cooking. To use the temperature control valve, start cooking on medium heat (never use high heat) then, when the valve begins to whistle, close the valve and turn the heat down to low and finish cooking. The multi-ply construction allows you to stack cook with this cookware. Begin cooking on individual burners and when the valve whistles, you can stack the pans to finish cooking. The phenolic handles are superbly styled and are resistant to heat, cold and detergents. All of our Waterless Cookware sets come with a limited lifetime warranty. Before you invest up to $2000 in a set of multi-ply cookware, consider our advantages and superior features.

Below is a quick reference chart with all sets, their item number, and a short description.

Unless you have an induction cooktop you do not need the set with the
carbon steel (KT17ULTRA) and the most expensive set. If you have an
induction cooktop you'll know it, because you probably had to search for
one to buy because they're not that plentiful in America.
First decide whether you would prefer a set with the steam release valve
or a set with a thermo-control knob.
The purpose for both of these is to tell you when it is time to turn the
heat down and begin the normal cooking process. With a steam-release
valve set (KT17, KT17ULTRA, KT915,KT142,KTSET10, KTFP3) you would either
hear a loud hissing sound or a whistling sound, which in either case is
the sound of the steam escaping from the steam valve.
With the thermo-control knob set (KTLARGE14) you would see the gage on
the thermostat knob reach a certain point (as explained in the
instructions) and that would tell you to turn your heat down and begin
the normal cooking process. If you decide that you would prefer the
thermo-control knob set, then the choice is easy since we have only one
set with a thermo-control knob on top.
On the other hand, if you prefer a set with a steam release valve, then
you would need to look at either the
KT17, KT17ULTRA, KT915,KT142,KTSET10, or KTFP3.
Decide which set you think you would receive the most use from depending
on the pieces of each set. If you do not think you would use the
poached egg cups which are in the KT17 and KT17ULTRA waterless
sets, then you might prefer the KT915 set which comes with a steamer
basket instead of the egg cups, or the KTSET10 which is a lot like the
KT17 and ULTRA except it does not have the egg poachhing cups, or the
KTLP17 set which comes with two pressure cookers. If you don't want a
large set, you might prefer the KTFP3 which consists of only three
skillets with lids. Just look at the photos and the list of pieces in
each set and decide from there.
